The WiseBIM extension for Revit recognizes walls, doors, windows and slabs from raster or vector file formats.
French startup WiseBIM has released a new extension for Revit that uses artificial intelligence to transform 2D plans canada email list into 3D models. The tool is primarily intended for design firms, architectural firms, construction companies and cultural heritage authorities.
The WiseBIM interface can import architectural plans in vector and raster formats (DWG, DXF, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PNG) and turn them into 3D model elements using special tools. In the current first version, the program can generate walls, doors, windows and floors.
WiseBIM uses artificial intelligence to recognize elements. The developer's representatives report that this process takes from a few seconds for a 100 m² plan to about two minutes for a 3,000 m² plan.

Each wall is associated with a family and a common parameter, the name of which depends on the type (Interior or Exterior) and thickness.
The default type must also be selected for windows (sill height and opening height), doors (height under lintel) and slabs (default type and thickness).
After creating elements in a project, you can change the family for one or more elements by displaying the classic properties.
