Let us not be overcome by sleep, we must not fall into the valley of the mediocre-whiners, we are privileged, our inner voice never lies (if this voice is not positive, we must change). The personal-professional reaction must be before receiving the slap of reality (terminal illness, death, etc ...). We must set the great objective in Life, without falling into sentimentalism: To be a better person . This concept is not to monotonously repeat all the steps day after day, spending weeks, months, years ... Without doing anything!
3) What can I do for you?
Being a Jedi may not be as glamorous as being on the Dark Side…but dentist data Captain Obvious would be proud of those who fight against those who let themselves be defeated. This great comparison is one more input to be proactive in our life and work. The comparison is so great that all those who do not agree, I dare say, are already on the Dark Side… And one thing leads to another, and the Force will never be with you.
Alejandra Roure : «If I have no REAL reasons to be sad, why don't I REALLY smile?»
From the session with Victor Küppers I would like to highlight two ideas that I found very interesting and useful to put into practice and be able to shine like a 3000 watt light bulb:
The first is the importance of putting into perspective what is important in my life and for my life, and what things are really a problem. We must educate our mind and learn to think positively . If I have no REAL reason to be sad, why don't I REALLY smile?
The second has to do with what Victor calls “The Valley of Excuses”. We should never use the word “it’s just that”, which distances us from achieving our goals and achieving results, and ends up classifying us as failures. What we should do is: not be lizards (which are those whiny people, who only complain, and have a certain ease in convincing others to stop fighting), distance ourselves from them, think “ What Can I Do For You ” and fight to achieve it . With this we can differentiate ourselves from the mediocre and become real cracks.
A quote from his book that I love (I don't know if he mentioned it or not but I think it sums up these two ideas very well): “don't get up in the morning expecting it to be a good day, get up knowing that it's up to you to make it a good day.”
Francesc Gel : «If I have to keep something from Victor Kuppers… it is his attitude»
If I have to pick something from Victor Kuppers… it is his attitude , as it could not be otherwise. He came to talk ABOUT attitude, and he came WITH attitude to give it out in abundance. Victor is a person who transmits good vibes, motivation, even when he talks about trivial subjects, even when he doesn't say anything, even when he is silent (that was not the case: I only assume so). Despite the hour and a half that passed, Victor's session was short, because he managed to excite, and excitement shortens spaces. And the fact is that good sessions, like Victor's, have to be like miniskirts: short and revealing a lot.
Jorge Mira : “The chip of the older people: what can I do for them ?”
“We are light bulbs. We transmit. There are people who transmit 30,000 W and others 100. You live off what you transmit. Our life, in the end, is about relationships.”
“The company does not live on cracks but on ways of being. Your way of being comes from what goes through your head”
“The best professionals are happier”
“A plant that is not watered is a plant that dies”
“In life there are people who cry and people who fight. It is easier to complain than to do something.”
“The chip of the older people: what can I do for you ?”
“Greatness is demonstrated when things go wrong”
Simple words, important phrases, enthusiasm, motivation, passion. Passion for what one does every day.
As mentioned, the difference is in the A
