Goals are complex and can be divided into different categories. In general, numerous frameworks help with the implementation of goals. There are OKRs, Kanban, Scrum and classic methods such as a waterfall method. It is not important which method it is, but what counts above all is the right goals, which are well understood, can be achieved with clear metrics and regularly refined.
