In the guidelines dictated for the Italian Public Administration , there are rules that:

limit the presence of staff  in offices to ensure only those activities that they deem to be essential and that necessarily require presence in the workplace, also due to the management of the emergency;
they are independent of the individual agreements  and information obligations provided for by the legislation in force on agile working (pursuant to Articles 18 to 23 of  Law No. 81 of 2017; normattiva.it);
allow smart working performance to be carried out  also through IT bulgaria phone data tools available to the employee if they are not provided by the administration itself. In such cases, Article 18, paragraph 2, of the aforementioned  Law no. 81 of 2017 , according to which the employer is responsible for the safety and proper functioning of the technological tools assigned to the worker for carrying out the work activity, does not apply.
After the partial reopening dictated by phase two, the PA still had the prospect of keeping the greatest possible number of people in smart working, with municipal offices having seen shifts, or the permanent presence of municipal managers, without however a prospect of 100% of the staff returning in the short term.

According to the latest statements from the Ministry of Public Administration , the reopening of municipal offices to the public will officially arrive on July 31. However, approximately one million public employees will remain in smart working until 2021.
