Data-driven: the most appropriate business approach in the current context
As organizations accelerate digital business strategy to drive faster digital transformation, they must be agile and make fast business decisions informed by the data available today.

Empowered customers with access to diverse sources of information no longer act out of mere brand loyalty, but base their choices on the quality of the experiences offered to them.

This context requires two key actions: on the one hand, placing the customer at the centre of decisions that will be driven by data (i.e., transforming into a data-driven company) to better understand the consumer, their habits and preferences and anticipate their future purchasing movements.

On the other hand, to embody the condition of intelligent business, it is essential to have quality data from different sources (purchase and browsing history, websites, CRM, BI platforms, user or consumer comments, etc.) and that they are properly integrated. Companies must not let their data degrade: they must use it to drive their growth strategy.

Democratized access to data

If data is the main input for all operations, it is necessary to ensure access to information from any sector of the company - that is, not only from the marketing and sales areas, but also from finance, product development, customer service, etc. - This implies guaranteeing this access regardless of location, the resolution of which will come from distributed Cloud schemes and native platforms in that environment that allow the creation of new architectures of resistant, elastic and agile applications.
