Must-Buy Campaigns and the Premiums and Representations Act
Closed campaigns are subject to a maximum prize amount set by the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (※1). Must-buy campaigns are equivalent to "general prize draws" or "joint prize draws," and the maximum prize amount (※2) is set as follows:
<Limit on prizes>
General prize : 20 times the transaction price if the transaction price is less than 5,000 yen, 100,000 yen if the transaction price is 5,000 yen or more
Joint prize : 300,000 yen regardless of transaction value
In addition, the total prize amount must be limited to 2% of the total planned sales amount for general prizes and 3% of the total planned sales amount for joint prizes. Be careful not to exceed the prize amount limit.

Types of Proof of Purchase for Must-Buy Campaigns
