Setting objectives: plans vs. people : one thing is what is defined in the plan and another is whether the company can actually carry it out. One factor that is often overlooked is that these objectives are carried out by people who have their work context: workload, different abilities, training, personal situation, etc.
Important vs. urgent : Reflecting on this week's blog post after several meetings with clients , the question comes to mind again: what is important and what is urgent? How do we prioritize both? Theory tells us that we should prioritize what is important and try to solve what is urgent. But what
