Step 6. Click Add Level (this will add another level of sorting options).

Step 7. In the second level of sorting, make the following selections:
1. Then by (Column): Sales
2. Sort by: Cell values
3. Order: From largest to smallest
Step 8. Click OK
The above steps will give you the result shown shipbuilding email list below. This sorts the data first by Zone and then by the Sales column . This way you can easily compare each rep's sales for each zone.
