One fact has been established. Gordon Press is clearly operating in an unlawful manner and has been doing so for well over twenty-five years. How can it stay in business? I can think of no other explanation for these disturbing questions than this: Gordon/Revisionist Press is authorized by a secret agency of the United States Government. Former Governor Lamm, and others, are prevented from interfering with Gordon/Revisionist Press on the grounds of national security.

While the last thing on the face of the Earth I would ever aspire to be is a lawyer, it is necessary to point out that the United States Government is not authorized to carry out the kinds of activities Gordon Press clearly demonstrates. The copyright law forbids the publication of distorted versions of someone else's work, or the misrepresentation of an author's name. Most importantly, the copyright law applies to the United States government itself. Government cannot declare immunity as a justification for breaking copyright laws.
