The Elas em Foco program, presented by Rosi Luck, 2nd vice-president of ACIL and superintendent of CME, welcomes in its new episode Marcela Scognamiglio, co-owner of Bella Royale Folheados, financial agent of Fincred Fomento Mercantil and rural producer.

During the program, Marcela shares her life story and explains how she overcame challenges to achieve success . After the loss of her husband, she decided to continue his legacy in the agricultural sector, even though she had no previous experience in the field. "My mother-in-law didn't think it was fair that her son's dream wasn't continued.

So she suggested I take on a role in his story, and I accepted. The former email list employee continued working with me, and today we are partners," she explains. In addition to her partner's support, Marcela also relies on the support of an agricultural engineer.

Throughout the interview, Marcela discusses her journey as an entrepreneur in the jewelry industry, from starting Bella Royale to building a team of sales representatives .

She emphasizes the importance of knowledge, to successfully lead multiple ventures. "I wouldn't be able to do all this if I didn't have the knowledge and the will," says Marcela. She recognizes the importance of having a reliable and trained team to help her manage her activities.
