What is the minimum amount to request payment?
R$ 50.
How does the payment process work?
From R$50 of commission approved and released in your balance, you can send an email to [email protected] requesting the withdrawal. From R$100, you can request it through our platform by clicking the “Withdrawal request” button in your balance or in the “Finances” section.

What is the best date to request payment?
We have payments every Friday. So, as soon as you have the amount of R$50 available in your balance, you can make the request.
Is it necessary to send any documents to continue the payment process?
Yes. If you are an individual, you must send the invoice in the Excel spreadsheet format (image or PDF files will not be accepted!), available in the link at the end of this article to [email protected].
If you are an MEI or legal entity, you must issue an invoice or tax receipt. If you are an international affiliate, you must issue an invoice.

What is the payment term?
Payment is usually made on the Friday of the week following the request. In the event of a holiday, payment will be made on the next business day. (Brazilian banks are closed on weekends, so electronic transfers or check deposits may take up to 2 business days to appear in your account).
