The registration application must be submitted within 10 working days from the moment the specified number of subscribers is reached.
Registration procedure

link to a page or channel;
the phone number and email address to which the page or channel is linked;

Additional information requested::
For individuals - full name, telephone number and email.

For individual entrepreneurs - full name, individual entrepreneur data, OGRNIP, telephone number and email.
For foreign citizens - full name, telephone number, email, country and actual address of residence.
The application will be assigned a unique number , which must be placed in the community description within 3 working days so that Roskomnadzor can confirm that the page or channel belongs to the applicant. If the number is not specified, registration will be denied.
Roskomnadzor will make a decision on including the community in the list within 10 working days. The owner will receive a notification about this in their personal account on "Gosuslugi". The period may be extended by decision of Roskomnadzor, but not more than by 7 working days.
After registration, the owner must place a unique link to the entry in the Roskomnadzor registry in the description of the page or channel . Other users and advertisers will be able to check whether he is really registered.
How to check if a community is included in the Roskomnadzor list?
The list of pages and channels with more than 10,000 subscribers will not be publicly available. By clicking on the link when entering the community address or name in the search bar, you can see whether it is included in the list. Information about the owners will not be published anywhere.
