WPBeginner turns 12 – reviews and updates

Like every year, I would like to take a few minutes and give a brief review of all the important things that have happened both in business and in my personal life.
WPBeginner 12th Birthday
WPBeginner story
I started using WordPress when I was 16 and founded WPBeginner at age 19 with a single mission: to make WordPress easy for beginners.
Since then, WPBeginner has grown to become the largest free WordPress resource site for beginners.
For those of you who are new, you can read the full story of maldivian lads WPBeginner on our About page and use the Get Started page to get the most out of WPBeginner.
Personal Updates
My son, Solomon, is now 4.5 years old. He is growing up so fast. His ability to tell stories and entertain himself never ceases to amaze me.
Amanda and I got our vaccinations and we finally took our first international trip to Punta Mita, Mexico for Father's Day. Of course, after not taking commercial air travel for 1.5 years, it was a weird feeling, but overall the trip was great.
Balkhi Family 2021
Now that things are getting back to normal, I'm looking forward to traveling, seeing our team members again, and hopefully attending some networking events.
We also moved into our new house earlier this year. We are still in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, but we are much closer to everything in the city.
