After the age of digital maximalism, in fact, we are entering (to tell the truth, we have already been for a while) the micro era of conscious skimming; if not minimalism, let's at least talk about digital decluttering as a necessity for creators and beyond. What is digital decluttering? The unnecessarily complex and unnecessarily English term digital decluttering, which in Italian means DIGITAL REORDER/RE-OPTIMIZATION, refers to the elimination/zeroing of those platforms that we do not use due to lack of time, pleasure, or related content strategy.

tools and social platforms that they are not used they are vk data used badly, and they waste time they are used little, but that little is useless and tiring they cause burnout and discomfort, without bringing real benefit. Like the things we buy, which we keep there because maybe sooner or later we will use them.

Like that skirt in a different size than ours that takes up space in the closet, we continue to keep “that social profile/that App” because maybe it will bring us traffic again, one day. But just as we do nothing to go back to living in another size, because that size is no longer suitable for our life, we do not implement the strategy so that that social/app brings us traffic again.

We keep TikTok there because maybe sooner or later, as TikTok experts tell us, all it takes is a video that goes viral and the profile grows forever; and we continue to believe in a magic that never happens. You might say: who cares? I have a big closet, why does that skirt bother me? I don't use that social media much, what do I care if it doesn't grow? In the meantime, it's there, you never know.
