7th slide:
We asked the remote native generation about their remote work debut
Hello, this is nonask from the PR team.
Today, I would like to share on my blog the topics discussed at the ongoing remote company-wide morning meeting .
The title is "Asking the first generation of turn leads into sales with overseas chinese in worldwide data remote natives: What is it really like starting work remotely?"
* Excerpt from the morning assembly slides on May 25th

This is the first generation to experience remote work right from the start of their careers as new graduates.
These two new graduates joined iRidge, which primarily hires mid-career employees, on April 1st of this year.
Although the entire company had already transitioned to remote work by this day, as this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, the induction ceremony was held with a small number of people and social distancing was maintained , and employees began their working lives from home the next day.
When you are told "yes, starting today you are a working member of society" without going to the office or meeting with customers, even while at home, do you feel like you have really become a working member of society? How does that feel?
How on earth do you spend your day in an environment where you are starting from scratch and have no boss or senior colleagues physically beside you? Are there any problems with your work or mental health?
Since we had no idea how new graduates could work from home, we asked the two of them a number of questions.
The following is an interview with Ayumi and Hiroshi.
--Please tell us about your responsibilities and daily schedule.
Ayumi: I work in sales in a group that mainly handles the retail industry.
I have the opportunity to attend sales meetings, mainly with my superiors and seniors, and I also write articles about my experiences on a marketing blog to learn more about the industry.
Hiroshi: As an engineer, I develop server-side applications using Python. I am currently in charge of applications for the railway industry.
The business communication section is structured so that the announcements are more prominent than the presenter. To avoid distraction, the animation is set so that the presenter is briefly displayed, followed by a summary of announcements.
Unlike previous agendas which were quickly unfolded, this one has "Timing > Duration > 1 second (faster)" to make it slower and more noticeable.
8th slide: Ending slide
*This is the slide actually used at iRidge.
At iRidge, we have a VI for our mission, "Tech Tomorrow," so we display that image at the end of the event to unite everyone as they work toward this mission for a new week.
lastly
I've explained a lot of things, but I think it will look good if you just change the background image and color in the template to an image and key color that is unique to your company, so I would be happy if you would use it.
When replacing an image with an animation, it is convenient to select the image you want to replace and then use the "Copy/Paste Animation" option from the "Animation" menu at the top. However, the animation order is not copied and is added to the bottom, so be sure to move it to the same location as the original element.
And since it violates the terms of use that prohibit the redistribution of audio material, I have removed it from the template, but the actual PowerPoint contains the same background music and sound effects as in the video above.
If the number of views of this blog increases, I would like to publish the settings and audio material information in the second part, so if you would like to see it, please share it.
Well, everyone, have a good stay home week.
