Your goal is to build a community and get this audience deeply involved in your brand activities, and they will develop a fear of missing out (FOMO) if they don’t contribute to, attend, or participate in your activities.
You can use NFTs to verify the eligibility of community members and allow them to participate in your program. However, this alone does not guarantee you a strong community.
Communities also rely heavily on leadership. Yes, the ethos of the Web3 community is that ownership or control is not concentrated in the hands of one person. But if you don’t have a figurehead who models and leads from the top, your members won’t know how to move forward.
Finally, there’s the trust factor. If trust within a community breaks down, it becomes exposed to the public and can lead to the division or outright disintegration of the community.
