Interest in voice assistants has grown steadily over the past 5 years. And according to

According to a study conducted by BrightLocal , in 2018, 58% of consumers used voice search systems to find information about local businesses , while 46% of customers do so daily.
Feeding the Beast is a statistical research study by ComScore that predicts that 50% of all searches will be done via voice search by 2020.
It is estimated that 20% of online users will perform voice searches once a month, demonstrating the rapid acceptance of this new form of Internet search.
According to a survey by Edison Research and NPR, at least 22% of US smart speaker owners have purchased something using the devices.
