My Story through Salesland

I discovered Salesland through a consultancy related to the world of sales , and from there, I developed attitudes and skills that would prepare me for the great challenges that were approaching. With a lot of effort, perseverance and dedication , my abilities were recognized and I had the opportunity to achieve success and excel in different projects.
Salesland opens its doors and gives me the opportunity to be part of this great family, where I can confidently and excitedly say that the great principles are met: development, training and growth of human resources. I proudly become an example of this and from here begins my story at Salesland.
I started as a project supervisor in the Retail Channel, leading armenia whatsapp lead training a group of 30 people in different parts of the country, who would accompany me in a challenging experience, in a work environment full of energy and team motivation , and could learn about administrative development and human resources by supporting other people in their professional growth within Salesland. Having communication and trust with a work group has been essential to achieve each of the objectives set.
Through the results achieved in this project and with dedication, I have been given the opportunity to grow and occupy the position of Project Coordinator , to which new attributions are added in the administrative, human and operational areas, a great challenge for me, having an administration in charge of 15 supervisions at the country level, BackOffice and Training. Innovating day by day, overcoming challenges and meeting objectives, we have managed to position Salesland Guatemala as the best company in the sector, which today provides development and growth to the staff so that they have the same passion that unites us: Sales .
Something very important that we should never stop doing to achieve success in life is to insist, persist, resist and never give up.
